Organisation of education in the leisure time. One of the main objectives is social promotion of children and young people, developing educative actions in social and cultural procedures. The educative action provides the setting for developing youth politics. The origin is a voluntary movement, not like an occupational kind of leisure,but a solidary commitment with the social needs.
