If you have participated in the training course "The Creanimators" or the symposium "New Perspectives", you are entitled on the reimbursement​ of costs related to your travel. There are 3 types of costs you can claim:

1. Travel costs made with public or private companies
2. Travel costs made with your own car
3. Other obligatory costs related to your travel, like VISA costs

Travelling with public and/or private companies

With this form you can claim travels by any public or private company, including traveling by Bus, Tram, Metro, Train (second class), Boat and Airplane (economy class). Travelling by taxi is not allowed

Travelling with your own car

With this form you can claim travels by car, if the total travel is less than 500 km. We use a mileage, so parking costs or road taxes are not considered eligible. If you travel more than 500km, we reimburse you on the basis of actual costs. For this you need to keep all tickets (fuel, parking and road taxes). You will need to use the form "Other costs" for this. Please contact DBYN's staff for more info on this.

Other costs related to travelling

With this form you can claim other costs, related to your travel to the activity. This form is only for participants which need to make extra costs in order to travel to the activity. Most common costs are VISA related costs, insurance costs or travel costs by car over 500km. Trainers and host team members can also use this form to claim food & subsistence costs related to the activity.
